Satan is Lord of the Earth, Mr. Schwartz. Isn't that what ye olde Bible says? If that's so, then insecurity, anger, fear, despair and death all fall under his jurisdiction. Call it God's gift to mankind.
hmmm. i dont know if id call satan the lord of the earth. satan only has power if we relinquish it to him/her/it... satan roameth the earth as a lion, seeking whome he may devour... im not lion food.
then again, it is alomost 2am. ill rethink about this in the morning.
i don't know, this kind of scared me, so well done.
Be afraid. Be verrrry afraid: "And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing. In their case the GOD OF THIS WORLD has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the likeness of God." (2 Corinthians 4:3-4 RSV)
Is what I said "true"? I have no idea. I do know this. It's a psychological tool that works. When I feel insecure and I call it satan, it greatly diminishes that insecurity because it helps me remember that's not really me. It gives me a little breathing room. I have a lot more control over myself and my life as a result.
It's all good, Peter. If a little Satan gets you through the day, who am I to judge? ;-()
